Production Heat Treater

Robotic Technician

Penna Flame Industries was established in 1968 in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. Founded by Garrett D. Orr, the company spent most of its initial years doing service heat treating in the tri-state area. In 1995, the company expanded into manufacturing, primarily making process rolls for the automobile industry. In 2004, the company started a marketing division called Media Frogg. This division supports all the sales, marketing, and web design work for all division as well as outside customers.

We are a medium sized, family owned, privately held company employing between 30 to 40 people. One original employee still works at Penna Flame as well as several others whom have celebrated their 20th, 25th, & 30th anniversary of continued employment here.

Penna Flame offers a friendly, family oriented work environment, competitive wages, medical, 401K retirement program and mainly operates Monday through Friday. We are looking to grow our business with dedicated, hard working, enthusiastic people.
